Title: Workday Tester (Multiple openings)Location: Remote (India) - candidates local to Pune preferredDuration: 6-12+ months contractQualifications :Experience : Mandatory 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience as a Workday Tester.Education : Mandatory Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Technical Skills (Mandatory) :Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies specifically tailored for Workday environments (e.g., Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet or third-party testing platforms).Strong functional understanding of multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.Core Skills : Exceptional analytical, organizational, and structured problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Preferred Skills :Workday Certifications : Current or recent Workday Pro Certification in a core module (e.g., HCM, Absence) or equivalent advanced Workday training is a big plus.
