The Bengaluru-based startup has successfully raised Seed funding to revolutionize the Indian travel and hospitality sector.- Department - Operation- Position - Purchase Executive- Location - Bangalore- Company Website - raho.co.inAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Purchase Executive who can efficiently manage end-to-end procurement operations from sourcing vendors and negotiating prices to ensuring timely material delivery for our ongoing resort and homestay projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, market awareness, and cost optimization ability while maintaining the company's quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers for materials, furnishings, and equipment.- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on project and site requirements.- Negotiate rates, credit terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency.- Coordinate with Accounts and Inventory teams for payments, stock updates, and reconciliations.- Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase history, and vendor details.- Track pending orders and ensure on-time delivery to site teams.- Verify material quality and ensure compliance with brand and project standards.- Monitor market trends for cost changes and availability of critical materials.- Assist in budgeting and forecasting procurement costs for ongoing and upcoming projects.- Support audit and documentation for procurement and vendor transactions.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (hospitality, interior, or construction industry preferred).- Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, vendor negotiation, and material management.- Proficient in MS Excel, Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory / Tally ERP.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to hospitality or resort operations will be an added advantage.RegardsVeena-recruiter@raho.co.in
