It also involves driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations.Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows.Analyze KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Support project management activities and ensure the timely execution of strategic initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques.1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
