This full-time position is integral to our solar manufacturing initiatives and involves overseeing module operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in solar PV systems and play a crucial role in advancing our sustainable energy projects.Qualifications and SkillsDeep knowledge of solar manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring efficient and optimized production methodologies (Mandatory skill).Proven experience in managing solar PV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.In-depth understanding of module operations, with the ability to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs through strategic planning.Ability to conduct comprehensive module maintenance, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they escalate into larger problems.Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.Strong analytical skills to assess process efficiency and implement improvements that align with best practices and industry standards.Proficiency in project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of module operations and maintenance, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.Oversee the scheduling and execution of regular maintenance checks on solar modules to prevent operational disruptions.Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and refine processes that enhance solar module effectiveness.Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, aiming to minimize the ecological footprint of operations.Train and supervise team members, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to company standards.Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure the company's operations are aligned with current best practices.Draft reports and provide insights to senior management on the performance and status of all solar module operations.
