Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Redwood Expert to lead the development, optimization, and automation of process definitions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of job scheduling and automation, combined with strong expertise in Java and Redwood Expression Language.Main Responsibilities:Create, manage and optimize process definitions in Redwood RunMyJob to meet operational and business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and provide tailored solutions.Develop strong knowledge of RMJ architecture and landscape through multiple migration projects.Design, develop and implement efficient integration of SAP systems with Redwood to enable seamless workflows.Configure and optimize process servers, queues, and other scheduling elements for system performance and scalability.Create and maintain schedules, calendars, and time-based triggers for job execution.Monitor system performance, identify issues and resolve them proactively.Troubleshoot job failures, analyze root causes and prevent future occurrences.Document processes, configurations and best practices for knowledge sharing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Stay up-to-date with Redwood RunMyJob features and updates, recommending improvements to existing processes.Train and guide junior team members on Redwood platform functionalities.Apply expertise in RMJ performance tuning of long-running jobs.
