We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.· Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer· Location: Bangalore/chennai/Pune/Nagpur· Experience: 8+ yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:Must have skills:Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development across multiple modules Strong expertise in RICEF objects, enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits), and performance tuning Proven experience in SAP migration projects Proficiency in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and ALV reporting Deep understanding of SAP Data Dictionary and debugging tools Experience with OData services and basic SAP Fiori integration Strong leadership and team management skills, including task allocation and code reviews Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsGood to have skills:Experience with CDS Views and AMDP in S/4HANA for advanced data modeling and performance Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Web Dynpro for process automation and UI development Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration tools like SUM, DMO, or custom code migration toolsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP developmentQualification:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 9+ years of overall experience in IT or SAP environments, with a minimum of 2+ years in SAP ABAP development Hands-on experience in custom development, enhancements, and integration across SAP modules Exposure to database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems
