Performance Marketing ManagerWe're looking for a seasoned professional to drive digital growth across our E-commerce marketplaces and D2C website. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for scaling digital channels, optimizing funnels, managing ROI across platforms, and ensuring maximum impact from every marketing investment.Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.Lead performance for the D2C store, including conversion rate optimization, landing page improvement, conversion funnel management, and merchandising inputs.Manage advertising performance across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other quick-commerce and marketplace platforms.Build, scale, and track affiliate programs and partnerships to drive incremental growth.Key qualifications include:3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on D2C (Food D2C preferred).Proven ability to scale paid campaigns profitably for a fast-moving D2C brand.Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and marketplace ads.Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, measurement, and attribution.This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on our business.
