Experience : Minimum 5+ years (Automotive vertical sales) in Freight forwarding industry.
Role and Responsibility :
Client Engagement:
Actively engage with current and prospective automotive clients to understand their logistics and freight forwarding needs.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and presentations to demonstrate the value of Wiz Freight's services.
Market Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry, focusing on manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
Research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in the automotive sector.
Create compelling proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within automotive companies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to product development teams regarding client needs and industry trends.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and client retention rates.
Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
