Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Reliability Engineer at Intelly Labs. The role involves troubleshooting, software development, system administration, and infrastructure management. While based in Noida, some remote work is acceptable for this position.

Qualifications

Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration. (mandatory)
Develop, test, and maintain code that automates infrastructure, monitors systems, and handles deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that applications are reliable and scalable across production environments.
Manage and administer Linux-based servers, ensuring high availability and system performance.
Monitor systems and services, respond to production issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure long-term stability.
Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and continuously improve software delivery.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident management to maintain system reliability and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and establish best practices in DevOps and SRE methodologies.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible .
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
Coding skills in languages like Python , Bash , Go , or similar to automate repetitive tasks.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes .
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls) and cloud-based networking.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus , Grafana , Datadog , or similar.
Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer .
Coding experience is required, with the ability to write clean, maintainable scripts and automation code.
Experience working in a fast-paced, production environment managing critical systems.
Work Environment: hybrid model is required at our Noida office.
Work hours: 12PM - 9PM with flexibility for on-call duties as needed.
Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with cross-functional teams.
