Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user engagement on our digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and trends.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for search engine visibility.

2. Technical SEO

  • Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawling, indexing, and mobile usability).
  • Implement and monitor schema markup, structured data, and other technical SEO elements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices in web design and development.

3. Content Optimization

  • Work closely with the content team to optimize existing content and create new SEO-friendly content.
  • Research and suggest topics based on keyword trends and audience needs.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, and relevant content aligned with SEO goals.

4. Performance Analysis

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track progress.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve performance.

5. Link Building & Outreach

  • Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and publishers for guest posting opportunities.
  • Monitor and disavow harmful backlinks when necessary.

6. Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and adapt strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and HTML/CSS basics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Knowledge of local SEO and multi-location SEO strategies.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
