We are seeking a Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist who will spearhead our digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in SEO, content creation, and innovative marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online identity and driving growth, with the opportunity to advance based on performance and contributions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with Cyboticx’s objectives.
Lead cross-channel campaigns including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
HARO Engagement and Link-Building
Utilize HARO to secure high-quality backlinks and media mentions.
Build and nurture relationships with journalists and industry influencers.
Monitor and respond to relevant HARO queries promptly and effectively.
SEO and Keyword Optimization
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities on Google and Bing.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags for improved search rankings.
Develop strategies to rank highly on GPT-based AI search engines and voice search platforms.
Content Creation and Storytelling
Craft compelling narratives that showcase Cyboticx’s mission, products, and services.
Produce high-quality content including blog posts, articles, press releases, and website copy.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and effectively engages target audiences.
AI Search Engine Optimization
Stay updated on GPT-based AI search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.
Implement strategies to enhance visibility on AI-driven platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and report on campaign performance.
Analyze data to inform strategy adjustments and improve ROI.
Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Collaboration and Leadership
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support.
Mentor junior marketing team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify and experiment with new growth strategies and channels.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and content strategy.
Proven success in using HARO to obtain media coverage and high-authority backlinks.
Demonstrated ability to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
Skills and Expertise
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of written content.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword planning tools.
Familiarity with GPT-based AI search engines and optimization strategies.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
