Payroll ConsultantAs a seasoned payroll expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing payroll systems with a strong focus on technical expertise and functional knowledge.Payroll Setup & Configuration: You will be responsible for defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes.Payroll Process Execution: Your tasks will include managing payroll runs, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.Payroll Operations & Support: You will provide hands-on support for end-to-end payroll cycles, including retroactive processing, payroll costing, element entry management, and other related activities.Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Oracle Fusion Payroll, strong understanding of statutory rules, and ability to design and validate complex payroll formulas using Core HR and Payroll Integration. Experience with designing or validating 'Payroll Fast Formulas' for earnings and deductions, eligibility rules, absence calculations, and build and test formulas is also highly desirable.
