About the Company:


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features for complex web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. We are a tech first company which has a application tracking sytem built for our clients at the heart of our business


About the Role:


  • Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code using React.js.
  • Collaborate with product team and designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI components.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices and modern frontend technologies to enhance application efficiency and maintainability.


Responsibilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio in React applications.
  • Proficient in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript along with modern libraries and frameworks like React.js.
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a team setting.
  • Ability to work on colloborate on PST work hours


Desired Skills:


  • Knowledge of modern authentication protocols and security concerns in frontend applications.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)
