Job Description
We are seeking an experienced performance marketing associate to develop, implement, and manage our company's digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels, such as Google and Meta. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to adjust marketing campaigns as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities
Development of digital media and budget plan for spends on Google and Meta
Optimising campaigns on Google and Meta with the target to maximise ROAS
Strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development and ability to understand and comprehend various metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC etc.
Strong understanding of what kind of creatives and copies work best for maximising conversions
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Google and Facebook Ads campaigns
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and drive results.

Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in paid digital marketing across various platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads

Job Type : Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable
