Job TitleAbout the Role:The subject matter expert will collaborate with the learning design team to create and review questions for various grade levels and states.The SME will evaluate the questions for accuracy, relevance, and alignment to standards and objectives.The SME will review each question for content accuracy and clarity, identifying errors, ambiguities, or language that is not grade-appropriate.The SME will also author items, including sources or creating passages as necessary, for each test question as needed.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the learning design team to generate and review AI-generated questions.Evaluate questions for accuracy, pedagogical relevance and rigor, and alignment to standards and/or USMOs.Review questions for content accuracy and clarity, and identify any errors, ambiguities, or language or phrasing that is not grade-appropriate.Author items, including sources or creating passages as necessary, for each test question as needed.Requirements:Experience in subject matter expertise and education.Ability to evaluate and create high-quality educational content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with educational standards and objectives.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and designers.Chance to make a meaningful impact on student learning and achievement.A competitive salary and benefits package.
