With an unwavering commitment to accuracy, you must ensure that your work meets the highest standards, as errors can have significant financial implications.Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of experience in a similar BPO field, preferably in banking and capital markets. They should also possess exceptional MS Office skills, including Excel macros and email drafting. Good typing speed and effective communication skills are essential for attending client calls and onshore training.Key Responsibilities:Process capital market documents for non-voice BPS accountsCollaborate with Brokerage Advisors to process high-value cash instrumentsProvide timely updates on request statusMaintain 100% accuracy in workRequirements:Minimum one year of experience in similar BPO field (preferably banking and capital markets)Exceptional MS Office skills (Excel macros, email drafting)Good typing speed (28 WPM) with >=95% accuracyEffective communication skills for client calls and onshore training
