Program Development LeadWe are seeking a results-driven and analytical Program Development Lead to join our team.New Growth Initiatives:Determine the effectiveness of existing user acquisition channels and identify opportunities for improvement.Leverage data insights to inform new growth strategies and optimize existing programs.Recommend changes to scaling or terminating underperforming channels.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels):Audit and enhance PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels to maximize efficiency and LTV/CAC.Promote ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows through collaboration with Marketing/Product teams.Experimentation:Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Implement experiments using testing tools.Document hypotheses, results, and key findings.Data & Reporting:Oversee tracking setup and ensure data accuracy.Create dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.The ideal candidate should possess:Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.Analytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Must be comfortable with spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.Mindset: Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of ownership.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, basic HTML/CSS, or specific channel management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
