Join us as we redefine the future of healthcare data infrastructure.About the RoleWe are seeking a Coordinator Specialist to support our Credentialing Operations. This role blends technical data expertise, project management, and process automation to enhance the operational efficiency of our credentialing function.The ideal candidate will leverage their hands-on coding and SQL skills to extract insights using Looker and BigQuery, build dashboards and reports, and manage projects focused on automation and process improvement. This position requires strong collaboration across internal teams and a proactive mindset to drive measurable impact.This position is based remotely in India and follows EST working hours to align closely with our US-based operations and cross-functional teams.What You'll DoUtilize Looker and BigQuery to draw actionable insights from data and create regular reports for managers and leadership.Design and manage dashboards and automated reports to improve visibility into key performance metrics.Apply project and program management skills to implement new initiatives that enhance efficiency and address operational pain points.Identify, propose, and lead automation initiatives to streamline credentialing workflows.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.Continuously evaluate processes, recommend enhancements, and ensure smooth implementation.What You'll Need3+ years of experience in a similar role involving data analysis, process improvement, or operations automation.Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data sets.Hands-on experience with Looker and BigQuery for dashboarding and reporting.Strong coding experience (Python or other scripting languages preferred).Proven ability to automate operational processes and design scalable solutions.Project management and program management skills with experience driving initiatives from concept to completion.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.Experience in US Healthcare or credentialing operations is preferred but not mandatory.At Certify, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
