About the Role:Our organization is seeking a diligent and organized Claims Submission and Accounts Receivable Specialist to assume this key position. The primary responsibility involves timely submission of dental insurance claims, thorough tracking of payments, follow-up on outstanding balances, and meticulous accuracy of accounts receivable.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Submitting dental insurance claims electronically and manually with precision and punctualityConducting an in-depth review of patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage for proper coding and documentationFollowing up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigating and resolving discrepanciesMaintaining current aging reports and monitoring accounts receivable reportsCommunicating with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment statusCollaborating with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balancesEnsuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelinesRequirements:The ideal candidate should possess:A minimum of 2 years of experience in claims and ARProficiency with dental management softwareExcellent attention to detail and numerical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyFluency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite
