We are seeking a Team Manager for Boxing who will oversee and manage all operational, logistical, and administrative aspects of the boxing programme for IIS’ Sports Excellence Program. The role involves working closely with athletes, coaching staff, medical teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the team is fully supported during training and competitions. The manager is responsible for maintaining communication between team members, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating training schedules, and providing essential resources for optimal performance at the Olympic level.

Qualifications & Skilla

  • Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sports management, preferably with elite-level (boxing preferably)
  • Experience managing logistics and operations


  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in Sports Leadership or Management would be an advantage


  • Skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of Olympic rules, regulations, and anti-doping protocols.
