Role: Lending Operations and Process Excellence/ improvement.

Location: Thane/Andheri.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular reviews of lending processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for Streamlining & process improvement.

- Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of process enhancements.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Oversee day-to-day lending operations activities, including loan disbursements, repayments, and account maintenance.

- Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and enhance controls to mitigate risks.

- Recommend and implement automation initiatives to streamline reconciliation workflows and reduce manual effort.

Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 4 years of experience in operations, process improvement.

- Proven experience in lending operations management within an NBFC or financial institution.

Required Skills:

- Ledger Reconciliation, Accounts Reconciliation and Process Excellence (Lending Background).

- Exp 6+ years.

- CA is mandatory.
