Job Description:.
Role: Lead - Talent Engagement & Outreach.
Experience: 9-12 yrs.
Location: Mumbai (Thane, Andheri).
Reports to:.
Head: Talent Engagement & Outreach.
Role Objective:
As a delivery-focused individual and creative thinker, you will be part of the Talent Engagement & Outreach Team to execute engagement strategies, campaigns, & events to improve the employee experience and drive engagement Pan India - creating a positive work environment & in turn influencing customer satisfaction & our business goal.
Key Responsibilities:.
- New Age Employee Engagement Tools: To have the ability and knowledge to onboard and govern HR Tech platforms for engagement, collaboration, communication, candidate engagement, rewards and recognition etc.
- Strategic Planning: To develop, design and implement quarterly and annual strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience across business.
- Program Implementation: To design and execute engagement programs including events, programs, workshops and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and overall experience.
- Surveys & Feedback: Conduct and execute regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement levels and identify and action on areas of improvement to enable continuous listening at org.
- Collaborator, Catalyst and Advisor: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and HR teams mapped to business and act as a catalyst to propel the visibility, execution and impact of engagement programs on ground.
- Health & Wellness Advocate: Design, deliver and execute Health and Wellness programs to create a psychologically, emotionally safe and healthy workplace for employees.
- DEIB Agenda: To drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda as per the plan.
- Internal Employee Communication: To build and deliver new ways of internal communications across business to effectively disseminate information on ground.
- GPTW & Employer Branding: To drive Great Place to work surveys and other Employer branding strategies to foster IIFL as a Brand of choice.
- Recognition Programs: Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements & contributions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track engagement metrics, and report on progress, being able to adjust strategies and plans based on data and feedback received.
Job Requirements:.
- Preferable MBA/PGDM degree holder with at least 9-10 years' experience in Internal Communications/Employee Engagement/ Employee Experience.
- Strong project-management experience and ability to anchor ongoing projects with regular check ins and strong follow ups.
- Experience in designing and executing large/medium scale employee events/projects preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Vendor / agency management experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Genuine passion & drive for improving employee engagement & creating memorable engagement events and campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital trends/tools in HR and how to leverage the same for increased engagement, communication and branding.
- Strong Collaboration, Relationship building skills.
- Self-driven, ability to independently execute projects with basic understanding of it's purpose.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
