This is a key role that requires strong technical and functional skills in Oracle Fusion Payroll, as well as the ability to manage complex migration projects.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Payroll and Oracle Fusion Payroll, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Migration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully migrating from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll, including defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.Process Execution: Experience managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation processes.Statutory Rules: Strong understanding of statutory rules and regulations related to payroll processing.Core HR and Payroll Integration: Ability to design and implement seamless integration between core HR and payroll systems.Formulas Design: Experience designing and validating 'Payroll Fast Formulas' for earnings and deductions, eligibility rules, absence calculations, and other complex payroll requirements.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. They must also be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
