Principal Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring multiple Principal Full Stack Engineers to join a global delivery team working on a large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation program for a reputed international client.This is a fully remote, contract opportunity for senior engineers who can lead by example, own end-to-end system design, and deliver scalable, high-quality full stack solutions in a global environment.Role Details- Role: Principal Full Stack Engineer (Multiple Positions)- Engagement Type: Contract / Independent Consultant- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)- Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential)- Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeksKey Responsibilities- Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications.- Own architecture and technical decision-making across frontend and backend layers.- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications.- Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams.- Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions.- Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Contribute to technical documentation and system design artifacts.Required Qualifications- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.- Strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies.- Deep experience with Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.- Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Experience working in cloud-based environments.- Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery model.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Experience- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems.- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP is a plus.- Prior experience in global transformation or modernization programs.Why Join This Engagement- Multiple long-term roles on a high-visibility global program.- Fully remote engagement with flexibility and global exposure.- Strong likelihood of contract extension beyond the initial term.- Opportunity to lead critical engineering initiatives end-to-end.- Work with senior architects and leadership teams on complex systems.ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV atCareers@SkillsCapital.io
