We are hiring multiple Principal Full Stack Engineers to join a global delivery team working on a large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation program for a reputed international client. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity for senior engineers who can lead by example, own end-to-end system design, and deliver scalable, high-quality full stack solutions in a global environment. Role Details - Role: Principal Full Stack Engineer (Multiple Positions) - Engagement Type: Contract / Independent Consultant - Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere) - Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential) - Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeks Key Responsibilities - Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications. - Own architecture and technical decision-making across frontend and backend layers. - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. - Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications. - Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams. - Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. - Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions. - Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Contribute to technical documentation and system design artifacts. Required Qualifications - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies. - Deep experience with Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot. - Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience working in cloud-based environments. - Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery model. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Experience - Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing. - Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP is a plus. - Prior experience in global transformation or modernization programs.
