Job Title: Coupa AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced Coupa administrator to support and enhance our newly implemented Coupa platform.This is a high-impact role where your expertise will drive system integrity and user adoption, while helping build internal capability.Responsibilities:Serve as the lead Coupa system administrator, responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic improvements.Provide responsive support to end users, resolving issues and answering configuration-related queries.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Coupa configurations (e.g., business rules, approval chains, chart of accounts, suppliers, custom fields).Own user onboarding and access provisioning, including training and permission setup.Proactively monitor data quality (supplier data, catalogs, accounting structures) and recommend improvements.Lead or support system change requests, testing, validation, and rollout.Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.Support reporting and analytics efforts using Coupa dashboards or data extracts.Mentor and upskill internal team members in Coupa administration and configuration to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.Requirements:6+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a Coupa configuration role.Deep knowledge of Coupa modules including Procure-to-Order(P2O).Experience supporting Coupa in a post-implementation or hypercare environment.Strong understanding of system configuration, business rules, approval workflows, user roles, and integration points.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
