NEET Category ManagerThis key role is an ideal fit for someone who possesses a deep understanding of the NEET ecosystem and is passionate about academic operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and build the NEET vertical end-to-end, covering content, teachers, operations, and product strategy.Plan the academic calendar, learning journeys, and NEET course structure to drive student success.Develop pricing strategies, packaging options, and scaling models for NEET batches to meet diverse student needs.Identify, hire, and coordinate with experienced NEET faculty in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to deliver high-quality education.Maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules to ensure academic excellence.Oversee the creation of engaging lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses to cater to different learning styles.Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to develop a seamless learning experience that meets students' expectations.Innovate formats to improve efficiency, such as micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, and more.Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning to ensure smooth execution.Ensure effective coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams to foster a supportive learning environment.Analyse student behaviour to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion and retention rates.Requirements:Strong understanding of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs to deliver tailored solutions.Ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and oversee content creation to drive academic excellence.Organised, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a passion for education and student success.Excellent communication and leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.
