Job Title: Senior Credit SpecialistLocation: Remote, IndiaWorking Hours: Eastern Standard Time (US)Job DescriptionThe position of Senior Credit Specialist plays a crucial role in our credit and deal execution capabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the US lending team and support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.ResponsibilitiesDraft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications & SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals. Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools are also essential.3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good knowledge of Financial Modeling.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Additional DetailsWork Environment: Fully remote, based in India.Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
