Job Description:We are seeking skilled SQL Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SQL and PL-SQL experience with the ability to understand complex data models and translate business requirements into efficient SQL code that captures business context accurately.The role involves developing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic. You will also be responsible for analysing and understanding existing data models and database schemas, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating business requirements into SQL code, writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented SQL code, performing data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of SQL implementations, participating in code reviews and following established development standards, debugging and optimising SQL queries for performance improvement, creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions, and supporting testing activities and resolving data-related issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:4-5 years of hands-on SQL development experienceHighly Proficient in PL/SQLStrong understanding of relational database concepts and data modellingAbility to read and interpret complex data models and ERDsExperience translating business requirements into SQL logicSolid understanding of joins, subqueries, window functions, and advanced SQL conceptsExperience with data transformation and aggregation techniquesBenefits:Contractor position (no medical/paid leave)Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)REQUIRED: 4-hour overlap with PST (Pacific Standard Time)Competitive compensationHiring Process:1 round of technical interview
