Profitability and Cost Management ExpertThis role involves designing and configuring models, including rule sets, drivers, allocations, and model views within Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/PCMCS). The expert will translate business requirements into scalable allocation and profitability models, managing metadata, POV setup, and model structure. They will also build and optimize integrations using Data Management, Data Integration, or REST APIs.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle PCM/PCMCS (or HPCM) and a strong understanding of cost allocations, drivers, financial modeling, and profitability analysis. Proficiency in EPM Cloud tools such as Data Management, EPM Automate, and Smart View is essential. Experience integrating PCM with ERP/GL or data warehouses and ability to interpret allocation results are also key skills.This position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, troubleshoot model issues, data loads, and performance problems. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain documentation, governance processes, and production support while ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
