Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities .
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales leader with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Over the course of your tenure you can expect:
· We set our teams up for success from day one
· Complete our HR orientation, get introduced to team members, complete personalized sales training, and learn the Hyqoo business model.
· Work with your manager and learn the sales method & our sales process.
· Learn about the industry and competitors, as well as identifying target accounts.
· Outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other tools.
· Facilitate Enterprise Sales Executives/Client Partners introductions to your leads.
· Think out of the box and find new ways to generate demand while continuously building the pipeline.
· Eventually, train and mentor junior SDR’s.
· Upon hitting your quotas, get ready to be promoted
Requirements:
· Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong communication skills via phone and email
· Proficiency with any CRM software
· Active listener
· Curious and interested in learning about the Talent Cloud industry
· Creative and resourceful problem solver
· Demonstrated grit and positive attitude
· Organized and able to prioritize workload
· Problem solver
