This involves planning and coordinating multiple aspects of marketing automation initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.The primary responsibilities include:Executing the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Coordinating across front-end and back-end systems and with vendors to ensure smooth execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels.Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partnering with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns.Ensuring the timely rollout of customer communications for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaising with internal stakeholders to inform store teams on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understanding and leveraging system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Performing UAT for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launch.Data analysis and presentations are also key responsibilities, including understanding data and insights, sharing relevant reports, conducting data analysis and trending, and reporting as required.
