MS Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:1. Solution & Enterprise Architecture- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.- Design complex enterprise solutions with a focus on scalability, multi-entity models, interoperability, and security.- Create architecture blueprints including application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and security models.- Define and govern Dataverse schema, including tables, relationships, policies, and data retention strategy.- Lead architectural decisions in collaboration with enterprise architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.2. Technical Leadership- Guide and mentor development teams on CE customization, plugin development, PCF controls, ALM, and best practices.- Provide design oversight for Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.- Review technical designs, integration patterns, and code to ensure consistency and quality.- Enforce Microsoft-recommended architecture and development standards across all teams.3. Requirements Analysis & Solution Blueprinting- Lead high-level workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders.- Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architectural decisions.- Identify solution gaps and define customization, configuration, and integration approaches.- Prepare detailed Functional Architecture Documents (FADs), Technical Architecture Documents (TADs), and Data Flow Diagrams.4. Integration & Middleware Architecture- Architect seamless integration of CE with enterprise systems such as ERP, portals, mobile apps, and data platforms.- Define integration patterns using:- Azure Service Bus- Azure Logic Apps- Azure API Management- Azure Functions- Webhooks, REST, and SOAP APIs- Ensure secure authentication via Azure AD, Managed Identities, OAuth2, and consent models.5. Governance, ALM & Security- Define and implement environment strategy, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance frameworks.- Establish ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps, solution layering, and branching strategies.- Drive adoption of Power Platform COE standards across the organization.- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, regulatory requirements, audit needs, and security standards.6. Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary CRM solution advisor to business, program management, and IT leadership.- Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to CXOs and steering committees.- Provide estimations, delivery planning, and risk assessments for large-scale transformation programs.- Support pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, solution shaping, and client presentations.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Expertise- 14+ years of total experience, with 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.- Deep expertise in CE modules:- Sales- Customer Service- Marketing- Field Service (optional but preferred)- Hands-on solutioning experience across C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF, plugins, workflows, and customizations.Power Platform Expertise- Architectural-level experience in:- Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Custom Pages)- Power Automate (cloud flows, BPFs)- Power Pages- Dataverse architecture & governance- Power Platform Pipelines & ALM- Experience implementing enterprise governance, monitoring, and COE frameworks.Integration & Azure Expertise- Strong experience in architecting integrations using:- Azure API Management- Azure Service Bus- Logic Apps- Azure Functions- Dataverse REST API- Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity, encryption, and cloud security.Enterprise Leadership Skills- Experience leading cross-functional development teams.- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior leadership.- Proven track record in delivering large, multi-country CRM transformation programs.- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps-driven execution.Preferred Certifications- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect (Highly Preferred)- PL-400: Power Platform Developer- MB-210 / MB-230 / MB-220 / MB-240- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)- Azure Architect (AZ-303/305) – added advantage
