Global Finance LeadAbout this role:We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our global process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving standardization, simplification, and automation in transactional activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization, identifying opportunities for value-added improvements, and collaborating with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to implement effective solutions.Ensure compliance to global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis.Develop and maintain end-to-end procurement to pay (P2P) knowledge, including hands-on experience with SAP, to guide the service provider in improving efficiency in operations.Understand vendor management and focus on improving vendor-related metrics.Analyze and identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotics process automation.Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units to improve or sustain them.Define and update risk and control matrices (RACM), review and resolve RACM audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.Requirements:Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P, with at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.Semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience (PTP), with at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.Strong leadership skills, exposure to operating with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams.Non-positional influencing skills, hands-on with accounting principles and procedures, internal accounting standards knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in SAP finance modules, advanced MS Excel.English proficiency.Benefits:At Coats Group, we offer a dynamic work environment where every team member can thrive.
