AI Innovation RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 3.5–7 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI, passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM, and agentic systems.The successful candidate will transform complex business problems into high-impact AI solutions, leading projects end-to-end from research and prototyping to production deployment.Design and build advanced generative AI models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers.Develop high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architectures and implement RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, computer vision, and optimization techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.Essential Technical SkillsAdvanced Python programming, multiprocessing/async programming, and CUDA/CuPy/CuGraph.Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, MLOps (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow), and Cloud Computing platforms.Familiarity with XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers (BERT, ViT, GPT), GNNs (GraphSAGE, GAT), Time-series (Prophet, TFT), and RL: PPO, DQN, RLHF.
