Preferred candidates will also have experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Additional qualifications include:Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learnFamiliarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Langfuse, CrewAIUnderstanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, OpenSearchExposure to model optimization techniques like quantization (INT4/GPTQ) and inference accelerationThis is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
