Director of Revenue Operations Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing India-based revenue operations teams, driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise GTM motions, business process design, and global account management.Main Responsibilities:• Lead the development and implementation of revenue strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM programs and processes.• Analyze and optimize revenue processes and metrics to drive consistent execution and accurate data-driven insights.• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Supply Chain leaders across geographies.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in enterprise SaaS or hardware-enabled SaaS companies.• 5+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading operations/data teams.• Strong experience working with global account structures and enterprise sales processes.• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Supply Chain in a global organization.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across regions and levels.About UsWe are a dynamic and innovative company that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
