Job Description:Min 8yrs of expIndustry- PharmaOfficial time- 10am to 7pm (6days )We are looking for Senior Accountant with a good professional experience in accounts. Person must be capable of handling accounts operations pan-India. Pharmaceutical experience is preferred but it is not a bar.Duties and responsibilities – Person must be able to learn and understand Marg software such as MARG, SANeforce, Tally etc.Person must be able to understand billing and stock positions through Marg software or in house ERP.Person must be able to understand call reporting, Expense of sales team through SANeforce software.Person must be able to release a stock statement, perform a stock audit, and release findings.Person must be able to provide all financial statements – income statement, balance sheet, ledger entries.Person must be able to record goods inwards from multiple vendors and maintain a database for the vendors with their payment details in the accounting software.Person must be able to draw correct cheques and release payments timely and accurately.Person must be able to prepare GST filings and appropriate tax filings/ tax deductions such as PF, ESIC etc.Person must be able to track collections and connect with distributors for collections.Person must keep proper documentation – purchase offers, invoices, receipts, expenses etc.Person must have excellent excel, word, ppt skills
