Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a Strategic Account Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving and expanding our corporate sales footprint across India and the broader Asia region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, a proven ability to build long-term client relationships, and a passion for identifying and converting strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across India and Asia for Simpliaxis’ training and learning solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (L&D heads, HR leaders, department heads, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and deliver customized solutions to align with their training goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and account growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to proactively adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training & development sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (as needed) for client meetings or events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multinational clients across Asia.
  • Existing network of corporate L&D or HR contacts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), certification programs, or enterprise training solutions.
