Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and goals.Serve as a primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment status, talent pipelines, and market insights.Team Leadership and Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet performance targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop skills of junior recruiters.Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.Recruitment Process Oversight:Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for contract roles, ensuring efficient and effective completion of all steps.Collaborate with recruiters to develop tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.Manage candidate pipelines effectively, meeting client requirements and deadlines.Reporting and Analytics:Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategy.Provide insights to leadership teams on workforce planning and market trends.Stakeholder and Candidate Communication:Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Serve as liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring processRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on contract-to-hire positions.Experience working with various industries and clients, preferably in BFSI sector.Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams and client relationships.Recruitment Expertise:Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for contract roles.Client Relationship Management:Experience managing high-level client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering on expectations.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Experience with recruitment software and reporting tools.Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients around compensation, benefits, and contract terms.Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).Additional Requirements:Flexibility: Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
