We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our UK based company. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and clients, assisting in daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system digitally.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for existing and new clients
- Liaise with field engineers and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manager.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office is must (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in how to use CRM.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus (Electrical Background /Experience)

Full time: UK time (8am to 5pm) = India time (1 to 10pm) Mon to Fri only.
Salary between: 3,60,000 LPA to 4,80,000 LPA (Depends on the experience)
