Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement components, templates, dialogs, and workflows within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, leveraging Sling, CRX, OSGI, and JCR.

• Translate CQ5 implementation experience into valuable insights for clients, enhancing their digital strategies.

• Utilize front-end development skills in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to contribute to the overall project execution.

• Apply a strong understanding of Java in the context of CQ5 to follow and promote best practices.

• Collaborate with project leaders to deliver high-quality implementations and provide expert technical guidance.

• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for key areas, ensuring technical excellence across the board.

• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of solutions using leading Web Content Management (WCM) and eCommerce platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, SDL Tridion, Fatwire, and more.

• Lead the development of websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Continuously improve internal development methodologies and best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth and expertise within the team.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Total Experience:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development.

Certifications:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6 Developer Certification (preferred).

Core Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Sling framework and MVC patterns.

• Strong experience with OSGI and familiarity with delivery processes.

• Proficiency in Spring and Struts frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Web Content Management (WCM), including content publishing and deployment. P&C – Approval Pending

• Solid understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle within AEM.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong front-end development experience using CSS and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of Sightly (HTL) templating language and AEM6 Touch UI.

• In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) foundational concepts, including WEM (Web Experience Management).

• Proven experience in creating custom components, services, and bundles within AEM.

• Deep understanding of CRX as a content repository and its integration within the AEM environment.
