We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and statutory compliance. Key responsibilities include:Processing monthly payroll for store, warehouse, and corporate employeesEnsuring accurate salary computation, arrears, bonus, and F&F settlementsCordinating with the Finance team for payroll disbursementE nsuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Minimum WagesPreparing and uploading statutory challans, returns, and reports on portalsHandling inspections, audits, and statutory queries with proper documentationMaintaining payroll MIS — headcount, salary cost, overtime reports, absenteeism, etcGenerating month-end payroll reports for managementUpdating and maintaining employee records in HRMSAddressing payroll-related queries from employees and store HRAssisting employees with PF withdrawals, UAN activation, ESIC cards, etcHandling salary corrections and issuing salary certificates when requiredWorking closely with HRBPs for attendance and shift validationsLiaising with IT for HRMS-related issues and improvementsRequired Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliancesProficiency in MS Excel (Advanced)Experience with HRMS/payroll softwareHigh accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detailGood communication and coordination skillsBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package including a salary of up to ₹30,000 per month, along with other fringe benefits like Health insurance and Festive Bonus.How to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please send your updated resume along with your current CTC and notice period for further initiation of the process.
