About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contracts Specialist, working closely with our US-based team to ensure compliance and administrative support for federal government contracts.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and US federal contracting principles, as well as experience in contract review, compliance tracking, and reporting.We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment, providing data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review and Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Compliance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Audit and Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).Proposal and Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).Excellent communication and documentation skills.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
