Business Growth StrategistThe ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting and closing deals with key enterprise clients in North America.Main responsibilities include:Prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closureDelivering engaging product presentations to proposal, sales, and operations leadersFostering proactive outreach via email and phone to generate new business opportunitiesClosely collaborating with the founding team to refine sales strategy and execute market initiativesMaintaining a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targetsRequired qualifications comprise:3-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably targeting US/Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clientsA proven track record of securing outbound deals and consistently achieving quotaStrong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead demos and handle objections effectivelyFamiliarity with proposal software, RFP automation tools, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions is advantageousComfortable working independently during US business hours from IndiaThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to grow their career and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
