Job Description

  • Content Creation: Craft and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage audiences, drive traffic, and support lead generation.Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform content ideation and development.

  • Ability to create various forms of posts - text+ graphics led, carousel led, short form video led.

  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with industry trends, conversations, and key influencers to position the company as a thought leader in the Market and Competitive Intelligence space.


  • Visual Design: Basic understanding of Canva to create visually compelling posts that support written content, ensuring each post is optimized for its platform.


  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to understand what content resonates with the audience and use insights to optimize future content.


  • SEO & Keywords: Utilize SEO principles, relevant hashtags, and keywords to maximize content reach and engagement.


  • Campaign Support: Support broader marketing campaigns by repurposing content across platforms and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and sales to ensure alignment of messaging and content strategy. This may include supporting email campaigns, blog posts, website copy from time to time.


  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a social media content calendar, planning posts in advance and ensuring timely and regular updates. Additionally from time to time 


  • Ability to do basic proofreading of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social content writing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • A detailed portfolio of previously done work
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, LinkedIn best practices
  • Proficiency with Canva/ basic graphic design tools. 
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment.
