Some of our services include outsourced accounting, financial statement close assistance, virtual controller/CFO services, and accounting technology solution development.About the RoleA Client Advisory Associate assumes responsibility for developing their accounting, technical and soft skills; developing the ability to work on multiple projects; understanding the fundamentals of executing diligent client service; learning the work tools used in executing client work; and getting oriented to the Firm’s practices, policies, and culture.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates ability to work on engagements with the assistance of senior staff in performing accounting services for client, including but not limited to:Preparing and/or assisting with the reconciliation of accounts (bank, credit card, prepaids, liabilities, payroll, etc.)Calculating accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenues, etc.Recording journal entries.Preparation and/or assisting with the workpapers to support financial statements.Preparing and/or assisting with the preparation of financial statements and client reports.Performs thorough self-review of all work prior to submission for final review.Develops proficiency in use of all technology necessary for performance and execution of work.Ensures quality control procedures are being followed and executed.Maintains positive client and colleague relationships.Positively represents and actively promotes the Firm.Proactively seeks knowledge, new tasks, and responsibilities.QualificationsCA Inter Qualified and completed articleshipRequired SkillsAbility to work on the corporate accounting processes and procedures such as cash management, AR/AP, month end close, payroll and benefits.Communication and presentation skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.Action-oriented (self-starter, team player, detail-oriented).Must be able to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet critical deadlines.Understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis.Preferred SkillsA team player who believes in providing world-class client service and interested in becoming immersed in various industries.We offer:Endless opportunities to contribute to the 11th largest professional services firm in the USA unique culture that values collaboration in everything we do.A team of professionals driven by a sense of excellence, integrity, commitment to lifelong learning, respect for one another, adaptability, and making a difference.A network of 4,000 professionals committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and giving back to the communities in which we live and work.Varied career paths supported by strong professional development programs and resources.A flexible work environment with competitive benefits.
