As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in helping implement Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Fabric. You will focus on effective solution design—understanding business needs, translating them into scalable and secure technical solutions, selecting the right technologies, and refining them through client feedback. Working alongside senior consultants and clients, you'll turn functional design documents into user-friendly solutions while deepening your expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and senior consultants to design and implement Microsoft solutions, such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Microsoft Fabric, and other related. Analyse client requirements and develop tailored solutions that effectively address their needs.
  • Provide technical support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in data modelling, reporting, and analytics within Power BI, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and insightful for client needs.
  • Help customize and integrate solutions in Power Apps and other Microsoft platforms to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation for all aspects of solution design, implementation, and configuration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and senior associates, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Factory
  • Basic experience with Power Query, SQL and DAX
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment
  • Good understanding of data modelling and reporting concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Microsoft solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience in consulting or working with clients in a technical capacity
