Job Title:Global HR Operations ManagerJob Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HR operations and ensure seamless execution across global locations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance, employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee employee lifecycle management – from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field.10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a global organization.Chance to develop and implement HR strategies.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Additional Responsibilities:Serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Should have the HR tools knowledge of Greythr and Smartsheet.Oversee the travel arrangements and ensure the timely delivery of the team member.Travel to our office in Gujarat on quarterly basis.
