Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, build and optimize Talkdesk IVR / Studio flows, including multi-level menu structures and dynamic routing.This role involves configuring queues, skills, ring-groups, callback flows, SLAs, and call-handling automation to drive business efficiency.The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating Talkdesk with CRM / case-management systems (API, webhooks, data actions) and building workflows for financial-services use cases such as payments, claims, status updates, collections, and compliance routing.A successful incumbent will also be responsible for implementing call recording, consent prompts, regulatory messaging, and audit-ready routing, while conducting thorough testing and providing technical documentation and handoff.Requirements:5+ years hands-on experience with Talkdesk IVR, Studio, routing, and CX platform configuration is essential.Strong knowledge of call center operations, especially BFSI, collections, or financial-services environments is required.Experience with APIs, scripting, webhooks, and integrations (Talkdesk Data Actions) is also necessary.Expertise in call-flow logic, queue management, SLAs, and real-time metrics is a must.The ability to work independently, deliver fast, and support U.S. business hours when needed is highly valued.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
